Job Description
The online sales associate role involves joining a team responsible for managing the company’s Facebook Marketplace account. Following the training period, performance quotas will be established for online sales, offering an additional earning opportunity alongside their base salary.
Job Description:
- Facilitates product sales and caters to customer requirements.
- Manages existing accounts, secures orders, and establishes new accounts through strategic planning and the organization of daily schedules for engaging with both current and prospective sales outlets, as well as other market variables.
- Tailors sales presentations to suit the specific needs of each sales outlet or trade factor.
- Concentrates sales efforts by conducting a thorough analysis of the existing and potential dealer volumes.
- Places orders by referring to established price lists and product literature.
- Maintains open communication with management, providing detailed reports on activities and outcomes, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and periodic analyses of the territory on both monthly and annual scales.
- Keeps a vigilant eye on the competition by collecting up-to-date market information on pricing, product offerings, new arrivals, delivery schedules, and merchandising strategies.
- Offers recommendations for changes in products, services, and policies after evaluating results and assessing competitive developments.
- Addresses customer grievances by conducting investigations, devising solutions, generating reports, and presenting recommendations to the management team.
The initial interview can be conducted online for your convenience, while the examinations and the final interview require an on-site presence.

Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
