Job Description
- Qualification:
- At least High School Graduate
- With experience in Warehouse/Encoder or Processing of Shopee/Lazada/Grab/Online Orders
- Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati City.
Job Description:
Receiving/Printing:
- Coordinates with Lazada and Shopee (E-Commerce Company)
- Receives and prints orders from EO website
- Prepares daily checklist and SI (Sales Invoice)
- Checks the RTS
- Coordinates with the 3rd-party courier/riders for EO orders
Packing/Releasing:
- Packs the orders of customers.
- Checks and releases orders for delivery to customers.
- Prepares SI (If needed).
Encoder:
- Encodes all orders.
- Checks the Patient’s Prescription before encoding.
- In charge of Transaction checking before remittance (no actual sales checking).
- Prepares SI (if needed).
Stock Clerk:
- Handles the inventory of stocks for shipment to customers
- Validates order count
- Safekeeps the ordered items/products.
- Ensures accurate inventory count.
