- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller
- Match customers’ demands with our clients’ products, solutions, and services
- Use negotiation and persuasion skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in
- Communicate important information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues
