Job Description

Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. The following are the job responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller
  • Match customers’ demands with our clients’ products, solutions, and services
  • Use negotiation and persuasion skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in
  • Communicate important information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues
