Job Description:
- Assist customers with setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
- Provide information about products, services, promotions, and assistance with navigating through the online shopping platform.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on product inventory, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
We are also currently hiring for various accounts such as Healthcare, Sales, Financial, Travel, Hotel Reservations, Technical Support, Collections, Billing, and Retail Accounts.
