Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates with Encoder and IT Staff working experience for our Technical Accounts at Sapient in Pasay. Join our team and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
- Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month. Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, life insurance, opportunities for promotion, paid training, promotion to permanent employee, and staff meals provided.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
Supplemental pay types include 13th month salary, commission pay, and quarterly bonus.
