Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- with BPO experience is a plus but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers professionally using a suggested script.
- Responding to inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Consulting your line manager for complex queries.
