Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives at SapientBPO in Ortigas Pasig. As an Online Shopping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude towards customers, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving complaints. Minimum qualifications include being a High School Graduate, with or without BPO experience, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the products to answer questions.
Benefits include Account Driven Incentives, HMO Life Insurance, Paid Training, 13th Month Pay, and more. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a monthly salary range of Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00.
Schedule options include 8-hour shifts, afternoon and evening shifts on Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types also include 13th-month salary, anniversary bonus, and commission pay.
