Job Description
OTeleservices – Ortigas is currently looking for a dedicated and personable Online Shopping Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries through phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information about our array of products and services. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a Filipino citizen or hold appropriate residential status, and have a diploma. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php18,980.00 to Php23,980.00, alongside a variety of benefits to support your career growth.
