Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as needed.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and policies to effectively communicate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent (ALS graduates welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
