Aspire is actively looking for Call Center Agents around Metro Manila or in any nearby Cities. We offer up to 25k salary.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience.
- Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills.
- Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates.
- Must be willing to start ASAP.
- Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule.
- Willing to work for Full-time job.
Job Overview:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
Job Description:
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries related to account setup, subscription plans, billing, password reset, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Assist customers with account registration, login issues, and profile customization, ensuring that user information is accurate and up-to-date in the streaming platform’s database.
- Guide customers through the subscription process, including plan selection, payment methods, and renewal options, and offer recommendations based on their viewing preferences and budget.
