Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: This position involves assisting customers with account-related inquiries, technical troubleshooting, billing concerns, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns such as billing discrepancies and subscription changes.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for network and device issues.
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
