Job Description

Aspire Global Solutions is actively seeking Call Center Agents in Metro Manila or nearby cities for our Online Ticketing Account. We offer a competitive salary of up to Php25,00.00 per month.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 month BPO experience
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Open to High school graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior High school Graduates
  • Available to start immediately
  • Able to work on-site and on a shifting schedule for full-time employment

Job Overview:

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing ticket reservations, cancellations, modifications, and providing customer support for travel needs.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with ticket bookings and modifications
  • Process ticket reservations accurately according to customer preferences
  • Manage ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds following company procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
