Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team for the position of Online Ticketing | Non-Voice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without having to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate specific information to internal and external clients, and share knowledge with colleagues.
