Job Description
An Assistant Warehouse Supervisor at WELCOME WORLDWIDE INC. will be responsible for managing inventory processing and storage, as well as packaging and preparing orders for delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Move inventory and materials between facilities
- Process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize, and store inventory correctly
- Package items and label accurately
- Scan delivered items for quality control
- Report damaged or missing inventory
- Stack and organize bulk items efficiently
- Prepare documentation and inventory audits
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective team building abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Willingness to work in Makati Office
