Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Admin/ Personal Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and research.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executive.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin Assistant.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and graphic design tools (Canva) a plus if familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong personality with a charming demeanor, capable of building rapport and representing the company professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
