Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Onsite I Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement and optimize marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing marketing automation campaigns and workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create personalized customer journeys, and ensure the successful delivery of targeted communication through various channels.
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. You should be proficient in using HTML and CSS for email template design and have a solid understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and scoring processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize landing pages, emails, and forms using HTML and CSS.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead nurturing and scoring strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
