Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Recruitment and Sourcing Experience in a BPO/Volume Hiring/Call Center set-up
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented
- Willing to work on flexible shifts/Philippine holidays/weekends (if needed)
- Willing to render overtime if there’s an operational need
- Willing to work onsite
