Job Description
Addforce Human Resources Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Workforce Supervisor. This full-time role features a shifting schedule and a salary range of Php 55,00 – Php 60,00 per month.
Your key responsibilities include managing workforce forecasting, supervising the Lead Real Time Analyst, and overseeing all business lines (email, chat, voice).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management, supervisory experience.
