One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. Mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
Provide outstanding support to gamers through phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate information on account management, game features, and technical issues.
- Troubleshooting steps for technical issues and account-related inquiries.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions.
