Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We are currently hiring high school graduates for the position of Sales Account. This is a full-time, permanent position, and paid training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact without having to transfer the caller whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands with our clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customers’ buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients and colleagues.
