Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age

Job Responsibility:
- Responds to call questions and complaints using scripts
- Gathers information, researches/resolves queries, and logs customer calls
- Communicates alternatives for completion timely
- Provides guidance and troubleshooting support to lower level employees

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
