We are urgently hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites with a one-day hiring process and the potential to earn up to 25k monthly!
Position Overview: As a Collections Account Specialist, you will manage and collect overdue payments from customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review customer accounts to identify and address outstanding balances.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear account information.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
- Engage in regular training to enhance your skills.
