Position Overview:
As a Ticketing Account Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls regarding ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls related to ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure customer information confidentiality.
