One-day hiring process. Earn up to 27k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for assisting clients and customers in planning and arranging accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking information or making reservations for hotel accommodations.
- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and relevant information in the database.
- Keep updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
