Position Overview:
As a Gaming Account Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to gamers through phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information on account management and technical issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Assist with account-related inquiries and transactions.
