Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls regarding ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist customers with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect sensitive customer information.
