Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Assist customers in modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
