Job Description
Key Responsibilities are:
- Performs administrative and clerical responsibilities to support all activities of the department or business for daily operations.
- Provides general assistance to both internal and external customers through responding to inquiries and requests.
- Responsible for giving support and assistance to Immediate Head including schedules and coordination of meetings, appointments, and other similar activities.
- Receives and forwards any or all documentations to intended recipients.
- Documents and monitors the business or department operational expenses.
- Performs general office duties such as ordering, receiving, monitoring, and controlling requested non-trade supplies and materials.
- Composes, types, and edits memos, letters, and other pertinent documents as instructed by the Immediate Head.
- Works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily business operations.
- Monitors sales orders and suppliers relations.

Minimum Requirements:
– Graduate of any accounting related course.
– Open to fresh graduates.
