Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all bar and restaurant activities at URBN CLUB. Your key responsibilities will include supervising service staff, evaluating operations, implementing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. You will also focus on enhancing company culture, addressing operational challenges, and supporting staff through training and development.
