Job Description
Major Function
Responsible for visual checking and physical counting of stocks during loading and unloading. Ensuring the completeness of documents received from the trucker for transmittal to customer and billing department. To process picklist and input STO in Honeywell system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Check completeness of documents received from the trucker for billing.
- Segregate and transmit documents to customers and billing department.
- Update PODs for Nextrade transactions.
- Organize and maintain document retention for audit purposes.
- Transmit documents with transmittal and waybill to customers and billing dept.
- Assist in resolving document-related issues.
- Maintain record copies for all transmitted documents.
- Prompt RUD In-charge on the status of PODs.
- Coordinate with inbound planner for proper cargo release.
- Process and transmit documents for selected deliveries.
- Submit necessary updates/reports.
- Verify mode of payment on PODs before transmitting.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
