Lakewood Inn, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the effective and efficient delivery of hotel services in line with guest expectations and established standards. The role includes supervising daily operations, coordinating staff, ensuring service quality, and driving process improvements.

• Requirements: college graduate or equivalent extensive hotel/motel experience; minimum 3 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a comparable role within hospitality or a service-oriented organization.
• Position: full-time, permanent, on-site.
