Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage inventories, warehouses, and services needed to support the plant operation requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate planning inputs such as usages, trends, availability constraints, storage and handling.
- Ensure that all movement of commodities Inbound and Outbound are documented and processed in accordance with established procedures.
- Resolve any arising problems and complaints.
- Prepare monthly management report. Ensuring reliability and accuracy of data for management decision making.
- Recommend improvements on existing procedures within his/her functional area in order to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and efficiency.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure effective and efficient inventory planning and implementation.
- Ensure implementation of Good Warehousing Practices with emphasis on client designated practices.
- Ensure that the company Code of Ethics is strictly followed and implemented.
- Promptly report violations of warehouse safety and security rules and regulations.
- Perform other tasks and activities as directed.
Qualifications:
- A Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to undergo trainings.
