Job Description
- Supervises the daily planning and execution of the dispatches of vehicles for both MC and Non-MC operations
- Coordinates with the Maintenance supervisor or Maintenance team for the immediate repairs of the trucks being used for the daily deliveries.
- Supervises the transfer of documents from the operations documentation clerk to Accounting for billing purposes of both MC and Non-MC
- Monitors daily truck status (i.e. empty –available, loaded, and those under repairs).
- Monitors and Evaluates subordinates’ performance quarterly and provides coaching for any improvements or recommendations to Top Management
- Coordinates with clients regarding the status of trucks doing deliveries, issues, and other concerns
- Updates the Branch Manager on the status of the operations on a regular basis.
- Processes approvals of transactions on the system (NS) and reviews transactions for omissions and lacking details for every transaction.
- Collates operational-related incident reports from subordinates and recommends actions to the Branch Manager.
