Job Description
Gardenia Bakeries (Phils.) Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician I to troubleshoot breakdowns during operations while promoting continuous equipment improvement aligned with corporate goals. The successful candidate will set up and maintain equipment, ensuring productivity objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays.
- Required Skills: PLC Programming, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 12 hour shifts, various rotations including nights and weekends.
Supplemental Pay: Includes 13th month salary, bonuses, and overtime pay.
