Job Description
Location: Remote (VA-based)
About Us: ICANTHUS is a leader in energy-efficient insulation services, committed to sustainability and craftsmanship. We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee our administrative team and manage construction projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 10 Project Managers and Admins.
- Oversee material delivery and crew management.
- Facilitate weekly operations meetings and track resource usage.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as Operations Manager.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English.
Schedule: Night Shift | Pay: Php40,00/month
