Job Description
The Operations Accountant is responsible for managing financial operations of the company. This includes maintaining financial records, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
- Conduct cost and revenue analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
