Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations of TSP to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and optimize administrative processes, including document management (e.g. contracts, invoices etc), collection of payments, and communication systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline administrative tasks and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to TSP management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage studio inventory, procurement, and account executives relationships to ensure timely replenishment and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze administrative workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Head.
