Job Description
We are a small media production startup based in QC, Manila, looking for an ambitious Operations Assistant/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate resources, including staff and equipment.
- Manage budgets and personnel.
- Foster team development.
- Implement efficient systems and processes as we grow.
- Handle HR tasks such as hiring and training.
- Ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time
