Job Description
Operation Assistant is responsible for the sorting, scanning, batching, monitoring and ensures timely processing of documents and items in order to meet the requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, transfer, and retrieve shipments at designated port/terminal
- Checks cargo condition, ensure complete set of documents attached with the shipments.
- Consolidate, pack and attach proper label and markings
- Assisting the department of daily operational activities
- Ensuring that all activities conform to local, national, industry and company standards
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the operations process in liaison with the operations supervisor.
Qualifications:
- At least College level
- Knowledgeable with MS Office (Excel, Word, and such)
- Has good communication skills (oral and written)
Salary: From Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Logistics/Warehousing: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Parañaque City (Preferred)
