Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with the operations and administrative needs of the Hexagon Group of Companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Importation Documents and Sale Contracts.
- Handling Importation processes and documentation.
- Checking Warehouse Receiving Reports and inventory management.
- Correspondence with suppliers and service providers for business operations.
- Maintaining Business Licenses and compliance with government agencies.
- Compliance with external audit and accounting guidelines.
Administrative Duties:
- Assisting the unit operations team and Group Management in various tasks.
Other Support Duties:
- Safekeeping and filing of importation and logistics documents.
