Job Description
Join ND HOLDING GROUP, INC as an Operations Assistant! We are looking for a knowledgeable individual in shipping operations, particularly in vessel lodgment. Key responsibilities include checking and monitoring emails, preparing pre-arrival notices, cargo manifests, and bills of lading. You will also send reports to the operations manager and coordinate hotel bookings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Custom Administration
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
