Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking an organized and dedicated Operations Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager, provide administrative support, and address customer/client concerns. Responsibilities include verifying billings, liaising with departments, screening calls, and other related duties.
Applicants should possess a degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field, with at least one year of experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English and Filipino are required.
