Job Description
Join our team at Xentro Malls as an Operations Assistant! You will work closely with the Operations Manager, providing essential support in daily operations. Responsibilities include administrative support, addressing customer concerns, verifying billings, and liaising with various departments. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
Fresh graduates with internship experience or candidates with at least one year in a similar role are welcome. Must be proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple tasks.
