Job Description
Patient Booking Task
- Provide complete assistance to patients with their appointments, procedure, concerns, and inquiries.
- Coordinate and communicate patient concerns and inquiries regarding appointments to the unit concerned.
- On-time updating of the appointment log sheet.
- Ensure compliance with clinics’ SOP before, during, and after appointments and procedures.
- Check patient’s mode of payment and coordinate with corresponding department.
- Facilitate teleconsultation and specialist consultation in compliance with Data Privacy Act.
- Respond immediately to incoming calls and relay to concerned unit.
- Deal with inquiries professionally and courteosuly.
- Promote CMI products and services.
- Comply with Data Privacy Act and other operations tasks.
- Perform assigned tasks to enhance CMI patient experience.
