Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote the use of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the highest quality service and products.
- Follow the Company’s Quality Systems Program.
- Assist in inspection, corrective action processes, and Quality process implementation.
- Conduct audits and investigations of delivery lapses.
- Identify process weaknesses and propose controls.
- Monitor corrective actions for nonconformities.
- Perform audits of processes and services, maintain documentation, and monitor compliance.
- Review Shipment Discrepancy, check Truck movement Log, and monitor production output.
- Document Audit Process and conduct special audits as per requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of quality assurance or audit experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge in Quality Assurance metrics, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
