Job Description
Cylix Technologies Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to act as the main liaison between technical personnel and operational requirements for various projects.
Specific Duties:
- Coordinate technical assistance and manage schedules of Technical Staff.
- Prepare and send daily attendance summaries and schedule notifications.
- Process service requests and handle escalations as needed.
- Assist with delivery schedules, collaborating with Purchasing and Materials Management Departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university.
- Experience in customer service or coordination, with proficiency in computer applications and office management systems.
