Job Description
*Perform daily office general clerical duties.
*Support all scopes related to Admin field.
*Verify documents, data key-in, sales key-in & update system accurately timely.
*Liaise closely with sales/marketing team for stock arrangements, deliveries, including promotion materials.
*In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned required
*Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Requirements:
*Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
*Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
*Good interpersonal communication skills
*Must be self-motivated, aggressive, dynamic, with the desire to learn
*Has the capability of performing tasks with minimum supervision
*Hardworking and able to meet deadlines
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
