Job Description
We offer a job in one of the most occupied and successful family resorts in Siargao Island with a very good reputation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a hotel/resort manager
- Excellent English proficiency
- The ability to independently consider and be time-flexible according to the needs of the resort
- Able to supervise and coordinate all departments and report the progress to the owners
- Must be a strategic thinker with exemplary management and financial skills
The ideal candidate must be very flexible, trustworthy, distinguished, active, and have the capacity to manage 18 rooms and 20 staff members. Knowledge of PC software such as Excel and Word is required, and familiarity with Cloudbeds and Loyverse is an advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: From Php 45,00.00 per month to 85,00.00 per month (up to reaching criteria)
