Job Description
World Network Services Careers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Manager – Operations to lead our operations within the BPO industry, specifically in a contact center environment. A minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager or 2 years as a Senior/Group Operations Manager is required, along with a strong background in US banking or financial services.
Responsibilities include driving operational excellence and improving team performance. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership, strong communication skills, and be willing to work night shifts at our Quezon City site.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Php100,00.00 to Php135,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and promotion opportunities.
