Job Description
– Oversee events with the catering team.
– Develop, implement, and uphold quality assurance protocols.
– Enhance the efficiency of existing processes and procedures.
– Lead, motivate, and support a large team, including career development plans and problem resolution.
– Maintain constant communication with managers, baristas, and vendors.
– Oversee materials and inventory with the purchasing team.
– Coordinate the setup of new stores with the team.
– Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches and promotions.
– Ensure consistent implementation of customer experience standards, packaging, and serving guidelines.
– Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed.
