Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Operations Lead to supervise our hub operations at Shopee in Manila, Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless execution of daily operations, uphold policy compliance, and conduct team briefings. Your focus will be on driving improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) and participating in process enhancements to boost productivity.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, have at least 4 years of experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry, and demonstrate prior leadership in a logistics or hub setting. Preference will be given to those with experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
